Booking conditions

These conditions summarise how a booking works. The full seasonal rental contract is sent with our confirmation and prevails over this summary.

Booking

You send us your dates through the form. We check the planning and reply within 24 hours.

An enquiry is not a booking: the stay is only held once we receive the signed contract and the deposit.

Rates

Rates shown are for seven nights, Saturday to Saturday, and match the property's official rate card.

Tourist tax is not included and is paid on site. Underground parking, linen and end-of-stay cleaning are options charged separately.

Payment

A deposit of 30 % of the total stay is payable on signature of the rental contract.

The balance is due no later than 45 days before arrival. Payment is made by bank transfer.

Cancellation

Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival: all sums paid are refunded in full.

Cancellation 30 days or less before arrival: the 30 % deposit is retained; any balance already paid is refunded.

We recommend taking out cancellation insurance, particularly for a stay during school holidays.

Arrival and departure

Welcome and key handover are handled by the agency in the resort centre. Arrival from 4 pm, departure before 10 am.

A security deposit is required and held by the agency for the duration of the stay.

Occupancy

The apartment sleeps a maximum of eight people, infants included. This number cannot be exceeded for insurance reasons.

In line with regulations, upper bunks are not suitable for children under six.

Pets are not permitted. The apartment is non-smoking.

Condition of the property

The apartment is handed over clean and must be left in the same state, unless the end-of-stay cleaning option has been taken. The agency carries out an inventory on departure.

Governing law

As the property is located in France, the rental is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.
