The apartment
Three rooms, eight beds, no morning walk
The apartment sits at piste level in the Les Hauts de Préclaux residence. The living room opens flat onto a terrace you ski away from — and come back to without carrying a thing.
Renovated throughout, it pairs stone and timber with entirely new appliances. The living space combines a sitting area with a sofa bed, a table seating eight and a fully equipped open kitchen.
Sleeping is split across three separate areas: two enclosed bedrooms with double beds, and an alcove with bunk beds. Two bathrooms — one with a tub, one with a shower — and a separate WC mean no queuing when everyone comes off the slopes.
Two ski lockers belong to the apartment, one at piste level and one near the main entrance. A double space in the underground car park can be added to your booking: a single space that takes two cars, rare in the resort and decisive when you arrive from far away.

Les Orres, two seasons for the price of one
A larch-forest ski area facing the Écrins massif in winter, and Western Europe's largest reservoir twenty minutes away in summer.
100 km of pistes
An area between 1,550 and 2,720 m, known for its snow cover and its runs through larch forest, rarely crowded.
Straight off the terrace
Les Orres 1800 sits on the snow front: you click in outside the apartment and come back the same way.
Facing the Écrins
The area looks across to the Écrins massif and the Pelvoux glacier. The view from the summits is worth the trip on its own.
For beginners
A beginners' area at the foot of the resort and a ski school on site, with no lift needed to get started.
Lake Serre-Ponçon
Swimming, sailing, paddleboarding and boating twenty minutes away. The water reaches 24 °C in August.
Bike park
A well-regarded bike park served by chairlift, from green to black, plus an extensive network of mountain-bike trails.
Hiking
Dozens of routes starting from the resort, up to the ridges and the high-altitude lakes.
Zip line and activities
A giant zip line, treetop courses and resort events throughout the summer season.

From Belgium, it is a day's drive
Les Orres is easily reached by car, and Embrun station is twenty minutes from the resort.
By car from Brussels
±950 kmAbout 9 h 30 via the A6 then the A51 to Gap. An overnight stop in Beaune or Lyon breaks the journey usefully.
By train
EmbrunTGV to Valence, then TER to Embrun. Twenty minutes by shuttle or taxi to the resort.

MarseilleMarseille-Provence is 2 h 30 by road, Turin 3 h. A hire car is essential afterwards.

Is the apartment genuinely ski-in ski-out?
Yes. The living-room terrace opens straight onto the snow front at Les Orres 1800: you click in outside the apartment and return the same way, with no shuttle and no carrying.
Is parking included?
Parking is an option, charged at €135 per week. It is a double space in the underground car park: two cars fit, for a single supplement. Mention it in your request and it will be reserved with your stay.
Is bed linen provided?
Bed linen is available as an option, as are towels and end-of-stay cleaning. Mention it in your request and everything will be ready before you arrive.
Is the pool open all year?
The residence's wellness area — heated pool, saunas, fitness room — is open during the winter and summer seasons, but not between them.
Are the bunk beds suitable for young children?
Upper bunks are not suitable for children under six, in line with regulations. The two double beds and the sofa bed remain available for younger guests.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not permitted in this apartment.
How do arrival and key collection work?
Welcome, key handover and the inventory are handled on site by the partner agency in the resort centre. Exact arrangements are sent with your confirmation.
